Twist Director Chris Stocksmith has been busy directing, producing, and editing episodes for AOL's popular show "Youve Got...". The show is a daily program which features individuals and businesses of interest from President Obama to Will Ferrell. It's part of AOL Video, their online platform for original content. According to AOL, they hit the web's Top Ten most viewed series within the first month. The work draws on Stocksmith's skill with New Media and documentary storytelling.

Cooper Smashes Plates
Director Grady Cooper's new spot "Plates" for Yo Greek features a lovely couple in their kitchen as they go through their daily routine. A man eats his container of Yo Greek for breakfast, and to his wife's irritation, he finds himself overcome by Greek-ness. Bouzouki music fills their kitchen, and our husband smashes all of their plates with high kicks and charmingly obnoxious flair. Cooper's spot showcases his love for the absurd, and he brings his knack for pulling out the unexpected to a familiar feeling couple and every day situation.

Twist & AICP Chapter President, Jim Geib, Hosts 2011 AICP Show
Jim Gieb, President and Owner of New York & Minneapolis based company, Twist, hosted this year's AICP Show on its tour to Minneapolis. Along with Chapter Vice President, Kel Nelson, Geib successfully created a live action show opener which involved 90 volunteer members of the local film community. The involved opener is a testament to Talent and Crew's commitment, both to creativity and to the health of the local market. The event was held at the world-renowned Guthrie Theatre.

Grady Cooper's Talent Enlisted by MTV & FX
Director/Editor Grady Cooper keeps his comedy and editorial muscles flexed by working on season 3 of "The League" for FX. He edited the first episode, starring Seth Rogan. Grady also edited MTV's scripted comedy "Awkward" which just completed its first season and will start season 2 early next year. Also keep an eye out for new MTV show "Zach Stone is Gonna Be Famous", starring comedian Bo Burnham. Grady edited the pilot for this new series.

Stocksmith Collaborates on "Pong For Teeth" Event
Associate Creative Directors Matthew Bottkol and Todd Eisner from Dentsu NY called on Twist Director Chris Stocksmith, well-known for his storytelling and documentary-style of shooting, for an unusual local community effort. The talented trio has gotten behind a new documentary project called “Pong For Teeth” for Brooklyn-based Bartender Jamie Mandel. Jamie, who lost nine teeth in 1995 when his car was hit by a drunk driver, will be playing a 15-hour ping-pong tournament on Saturday, April 30th with the hopes of raising $35,000 for a new set of teeth.
